How long do garage door springs last?

It all varies according to quality of the springs and amount of use. The average garage door springs usually last 3-5 years. Inferior quality lower grade units last much less.

 

What do I do if my door is crocked / rollers out of the track or door.

Do not attempt to handle. Side cables under tensions that could be dangerous. The garage door spring above the door is also under very high tension.

Emergency services are mostly for after hours from 7pm - 7am. This service is offered for situations where the door will not close / open creating safety risks. An emergency service will apply according to location and level of service requested. Dispatcher will advise of fee prior to service for your approval.

 

How does the Priority Service Response work?

The priority service response (front of the line) is for quick response during operating hours of 7am - 7pm. This service applies for incidents that require immediate attention that do not allow scheduling delays.The priority service response fee vary according to location and scheduling loads.  Dispatcher will advise of fee prior to service for your approval.
